Another first for MMDU as its MM College of Pharmacy, Mullana, Ambala, India has signed an MoU with University of City Island, Cyprus & Turkey campuses. The MoU is the first step towards setting parameters for further joint cooperation between both the parties for research partnership and collaboration for the Post graduate/Doctorate Research.
This MoU is a great News for the students of India as well as Turkey and Cyprus because both the universities are striving to add to knowledge exchange by facilitating each other in research, teaching, students and administrating development programs. The future will also bring joint seminars, academic meetings, special short-terms special professional development programs involving and benefitting the students of both universities.
The MoU was signed by Prof. (Dr.) Sumit Mittal, Registrar, MMDU, Prof. (Dr.) Sumeet Gupta, Principal & Dean MMCP, Dr. Girish Kumar Gupta (Associate Prof. MMCP), and Prof. (Dr.) Fuat Bayram, & Assoc. Prof. (Dr.) Oytun Sozudogru, Rector and Vice Rector of University of City Island, respectively.
MMDU Vice Chancellor Prof. Victor Gambhir congratulated all the team members on this development and appreciated this great initiation towards the betterment of both the organizations. He elaborated how inter-cultural exchange programs like these result in adding to the emotional and intellectual quotient of the students on both sides.
