Lynn Robert Carter

Lynn Robert Carter Lynn Robert Carter has over two decades of industrial software development and research experience at major companies, including Tektronix, Motorola, and GenRad.
He had 23 years as a full-time member of the Carnegie Mellon University community, including 11 years at the Software Engineering Institute; 5 years designing, implementing, and operating the innovative Software Engineering Professional Master's Degree for Carnegie Mellon University's campus in Silicon Valley; 5 years at CMU’s Qatar campus in Doha; and 2 years as iCarnegie’s Chief Academic Officer.
Since leaving CMU, he has consulted and worked for Touro College, Aspen University, XTOL, IIIT/Hyderabad, and Carter | Radley in support of it’s work at MMU.
